This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you check out, we ask for your name, mobile number, delivery address and pincode, and, if you choose, your email address. We use them only to deliver your order, contact you about it, and keep records we are required to keep.

Where it is kept today

At present, your cart, the details you enter at checkout and your order history are saved only in your own browser, on your device. They are not sent to us. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

When real online payments start, the details needed for your order will be sent to us and to our payment provider so we can take payment and deliver. We will update this page before that happens.

Payments

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by the payment provider on its own secure page.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't track you across other websites.

Other services this site uses

• Netlify hosts this website. Like any web server, it receives your IP address and browser details when you visit.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces, so your browser fetches them from Google's servers.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing floraicmc2026@gmail.com. We don't sell or share your information for marketing.
