Where we deliver

We deliver within Hyderabad only, to pincodes starting 500. You can check your pincode in the cart before you order. We can't deliver anywhere else, but you can send an order to family or friends in Hyderabad.

How long it takes

Orders are packed in sealed cartons at our Hyderabad shop and go out the same day (orders placed on a Sunday go out on Monday). Delivery takes 1 to 2 days from the day you order. The cart and checkout show the expected dates for your pincode.

For Deepavali on Sunday 8 November 2026, please order by Monday 2 November.

What it costs

• Delivery is ₹150 per order.
• Delivery is free when your goods are worth ₹2,000 or more (counted before any coupon).
• There is no minimum order.
• You can order up to 20 of any one item per order.

Receiving your order

• Fireworks travel by road only.
• Our driver calls the mobile number you gave at checkout before arriving.
• Someone aged 18 or over must be at the address to receive the parcel.
• Please check the cartons when they arrive. If anything is damaged or missing, tell us within 48 hours: see Cancellations and refunds.
• Store the cartons somewhere cool and dry, away from the kitchen and any flame, until the day.

If we can't deliver

If no adult is available or the address can't be found, the driver will call you to arrange another time. If we still can't deliver, we will contact you and refund the order, less the delivery charge.
