Before you write

• We deliver within Hyderabad only, to pincodes starting 500. See Shipping and delivery.
• To cancel an order or ask about a refund, see Cancellations and refunds.
• We sell fireworks only to adults aged 18 or over.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong with an order, email us with your order number and what happened, with photos if anything arrived damaged. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
