These terms apply to every order placed on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

Pataka Hub is a fireworks shop at 101 M-Squire Building, Hanuman Nagar, Manikonda, Hyderabad 500089. You can reach us at floraicmc2026@gmail.com.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy from us, and you confirm this at checkout. Someone aged 18 or over must receive the delivery.

Items and prices

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and are the full price you pay for the item. Delivery is shown separately before you pay.
  • Our prices are below the MRP printed on each pack. Photos show the real pack, but the design may vary slightly between batches.
  • Most items are made by Standard Fireworks in Sivakasi; each listing names its maker. Makers' names and logos appear only to show what we sell.
  • If we list an item at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch. You can then pay the right price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted once payment succeeds and you see the confirmation page. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we can't deliver to the address, can't supply the item, or have reason to think the buyer is under 18.

Online payment is still being set up. Until it is, payments on this site run through a test gateway, and no order placed here is charged or delivered.

Delivery

We deliver within Hyderabad only. Delivery areas, times and charges are set out in Shipping and delivery. Cancellations and refunds are covered in Cancellations and refunds.

Using fireworks safely

  • Read and follow the instructions printed on each pack and on each listing.
  • Children must only use fireworks with an adult present, and only items marked as suitable for their age.
  • Follow local rules on when and where fireworks may be lit.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for supplying the items you ordered in good condition. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by fireworks used against their instructions or these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to put things right. Any dispute is subject to the courts in Hyderabad.
